ExtensibleObject attribute and BDB backend (2.1.4)

Hello, 
I am trying to use 
ExtensibleObject attribute and BDB backend 
(OpenLdap 2.1.4); when I perform a search 
in some dn down the tree , I fail the first time, 
and in the second time I succeed. 

(The same works with LDBM backend ) 

I have the same problem when using LDAP 
client (like LDAPBrowser of othe vendors) 

Any IdEA ?
