OK.  I tried to grab the patch but never could download the tarball
from the incoming ftp directory.  Might have been a glitch.  I'll try 
again.  I know the Ftree patch did the volatile storage but did not know 
if it handled the client/server mods for the refresh extension.  I'll look 
once I get the patch.
