OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_2 testing

I now believe OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_2 has all changes targeted
for the next patch release.  Please test.

If there are changes from HEAD which you believe should
be applied, please drop me a quick e-mail note identifying
the cvs commands I may use to generate a patch (e.g.,
cvs diff -r1.41 -r1.52 foo.c; cvs diff -r1.1 -r1.2 bar.c).
Other changes, in general, must first be committed to HEAD
before they will be considered.
