Fwd: Release of Cyrus SASL 2.0.4-BETA

I think we all would like to see OpenLDAP 2.1 shipped with Cyrus
SASL v1 and v2 support...

Any volunteers to adapt OpenLDAP-devel (HEAD) to support this?
