I think you message is off-topic for this list, that is devoted to
development of OpenLDAP itself.  I suggest openldap-general may be
more appropriate.

According to RFC2251-2256, those are operational attributes that are
not returned unless requested by name.  So, if you are writing a
server, don't send them unless asked for.
