Building SASL libraries on Win32

Hi,
I am trying to install on my Win NT 4.0 system.
I am building the necessary third party libraries. But when I try to build the
SASL library
I get a "DEV_RANDOM undeclared identifier" error.
The SASL library is from Cyrus version 1.5.24

Can someone help me fix this? Thanks.
