Netscape/explorer LDAP newbie question

Hi!
I'm not sure if it is appropriate to ask this question in this forum,
I'd like to appologize in advance if it isnt but I cant figure out a
better place to query. I would also like to appologize for this extreme
newbie question.

I would like to search/update etc in my LDAP server (OpenLDAP) using
both Netscape and Windows Explorer as LDAP(v3) Client.
What plugins/additional applications do I need to do this
                        using netscape?
                        using explorer?
Where can I find these?

I checked preferences (netscape) and found that one could add a link to
a certain ldap server (Roaming Access-Server Information) but when I
tried to connect it failed.

How to connect to a LDAP server using these tools?
