I added back-sql to CVS repository today, and tested this new CVS tree
to build and run under Linux/egcs-2.91, and Win32/msvc++ 5

Please report if this commit had broken some other facilities.

Also, from now you can use ITS,maillists and other OpenLDAP systems to
post bug reports, wishes etc.
