BeOS additions to devel branch

I've commited some changes to the devel branch of the CVS which allows
openldap to compile on BeOS R4 x86. You will need GDBM or BDB compiled
and installed (I have only tested GDBM). This does not support threads
in BeOS yet, and I have not tested it on BeOS PPC.

Feedback on PPC and thread support as well as any problem reports can
be posted to the ITS/FAQ-o-Matic
