TP in BDB2

Folks,

I have just commited a first version (0.1) of back-bdb2 supporting
transaction processing (TP) as provided by Berkeley DB version 2.x.
The current implementation exhibits basic TP as well as automatic
checkpointing. Automatic recovery, however, is not yet included.

Further development will cover automatic recovery testing (and processing)
at server start-up, selectable DB2 specific features via slapd.conf (TP is
a very hard-disk consuming feature), as well as some code re-work to have
back-bdb2 independant of libldbm.

The code was tested on a linux box, kernel version 2.0.35, with glibc
2.0.7 and Berkeley DB 2.6.4 in a threaded environment (via linux kernel
threads).

Please report any problems you might encounter with the code.

Enjoy!

Kurt
