Pele, I've fixed the make install problems. Make install does now correctly move files out of the way... (slapd.conf -> slapd.conf-). As far as the UD problem, you'll have to send me additional information. Please run configure --with-cache=/dev/null and send be a copy of config.log and config.status. Kurt
