my 2 mirror (Master-Master) server say :

ebuild     U  ] net-nds/openldap-2.4.30::gentoo [2.4.23-r1::MC-link-NOC]

upgrading to 2.4.30 doesn't cause problems , its correct ?

Can i upgrade quietly or i have to do some pre-operations ?
