(ITS#7326) [PATCH] use AI_ADDRCONFIG if defined in the environment

Full_Name: Jan Vcelak
Version: git master
OS: Linux
URL: ftp://ftp.openldap.org/incoming/jvcelak-20120719-use-ai-addrconfig-if-defined.patch
Submission from: (NULL) (209.132.186.34)

Use AI_ADDRCONFIG flag with getaddrinfo() if the symbol is defined. I think that
no configure macro is needed for this. The symbol should be present on the
systems which support it. And I believe we can enforce this flag if available.
