^^^ ?!? 2.2.13 was obsoleted in 2005!  Even though yours seems to be a 
usage question, even if it were related to a bug, do you really expect 
anyone to fix it?  Please upgrade to the latest version and see if the 
problem persists.  And direct further requests to the most appropriate 
mailing list, unless you find clear evidence of a software bug.
