Fixed in HEAD, please test.

Also, please note that olcSubordinate: FALSE is not valid; the 
olcSubordinate can only be "TRUE" or "advertise".  If you don't want a 
database to be subordinate, simply omit the olcSubordinate attribute 
from the configuration.
