Uuh, forgot to revert that. Normally I'm not using special values for
SLEEP1 and SLEEP2 when running make test.

I was trying to provoke some failures which I can't reproduce all the
time. E.g. ITS#6126 but also others. I don't know how to track down
these. I suspect some timing issues because the failures seems not
deterministic.
