(ITS#5907) accesslog should use overlay BackendInfo to read old entry

I use accesslog stacked above the glue overlay to have it log access to all of
the glued databases.  When accesslog reads the old entry it goes directly to the
original BackendInfo, which causes it to not find entries in the subordinate
DBs.  A fix is coming.
