Just edit the schema files, adding the desired matching rules.

Presumably, there's an action open with IETF about modifying that schema
item.  As soon as it's officially modified, OpenLDAP will modify the
schema files accordingly.  In the meanwhile, all we can do is release
schema files that comply with the current standard.
