If I run Slaptest, on its own, I get:
[root@ns2 var]# slaptest
config file testing succeeded
If I Specify the Config File, I get:
[root@ns2 var]# slaptest -f /etc/openldap/slapd.conf
bdb_db_open: unclean shutdown detected; attempting recovery.
bdb_db_open: Recovery skipped in read-only mode. Run manual recovery if errors
are encountered.

When I start slapd, there is no base dn.
