I've committed to OpenLDAP HEAD a module that introduces {RADIUS} as a
valid hash for passwords:

When binding as an identity whose userPassword is prefixed by {RADIUS},
the value of the userPassword is used as userid to authenticate using
radius and the credentials provided by the client.
