I don't recall anything relevant; note however that I can run test006
from HEAD with current re23; it fails, of course, in the part related to
the (yet missing in re23) normalization of "exact" values, but the regex
portion does just fine.  I'm pretty sure re23 doesn't yet differ from
2.3.13.
