(ITS#4062) slaptest segfaults on value selector

Trying to use the "value selector" syntax, I get a segfault from slaptest.  I
could narrow the problem to the following minimal slapd.conf:

# cat /tmp/slapd.conf 
include /etc/openldap/schema/core.schema
access to attrs=uid val=posixAccount by * read
# slaptest -f /tmp/slapd.conf  -d1
slaptest init: initiated tool.
slap_sasl_init: initialized!
bdb_initialize: initialize BDB backend
