RE: (ITS#3962) using slapd.d makes tls certificates not work??

Ok, apparently this was my mistake.

The default value for TLSVerifyClient when running from slapd.d is demand,
but I had no value set in slapd.conf (apparently, for slapd.conf it will
default to allow). Converting my slapd.conf to slapd.d added the default
TLSVerifyClient setting as demand.

This change should be documented... Or make the default no-value setting in
slapd.conf be demand.

I do have another problem with authz-regexp, and I will open another issue.
