(ITS#3930) slapcat man page update

A long time ago, in ITS#3112, a nice feature was added to allow slapcatting of a
given filter. The new man page simply says:
-a filter
Only dump entries matching the asserted filter.
with no example or description of what a filter might look like. I think at a
minimum, this line as an example would be quite useful:
slapcat -a (!(entryDN:dnSubtree:=ou=People,dc=example,dc=com)) will dump
everything not in the ou=people,dc=example,dc=com subtree.
