Thanks for the help. I tried CVS very early this morning, but it
wouldn't do "make depend" because quite a few files were missing. I just
checked out HEAD, again. It will do "make depend" this time without any
problems, but a "make" fails with

common.c:38:18: sasl.h: No such file or directory

even though I configured --without-cyrus-sasl. So, I guess I will just
keep checking out HEAD periodically until it finally compiles.
