I mean: as a consequence to fixing that bug, I distinctly remember doing
some work in that area.  back-sql hasn't seen much development for a
while, except for bug fixing.  I wanted to make sure that
fail_if_no_mapping worked as intended, which means: allow slapd to pass
over holes in schema mapping if they are harmless, but mark as errors
those conditions that may be harmful.
