The JDBC bridge is uncorrectly encoding norwegian words that contains UTF-8
characters to base64.

It may be an issue located in the deciding if the characters are LDIF safe.
which they are not unless encoded in UTF-8.

The database was built using a UTF-8 encoded LDIF.
