Your call, of course, but I note that SLAPDD already performs a lot of 
basic checks (which is how I came to write my consistency checker in the 
first place, when converting from 2.0 to 2.1/2.2).

I was surprised to see that it accepted a duplicate with no warning at 
all; note that a SLAPCAT also reproduces the duplication (but they do not 
get replicated).

More of a "heads up" in case it causes trouble down the track than a
formal bug report, I guess; I don't expect 2.2 to be fixed.
