Now you con run

    ./run -b null test011

It fails because slapadd doesn't find the required hooks; then you edit
testrun/slapd.1.conf, remove all "directory" directives, and place a "bind
on" in the last instance of the null backend.  This allows you to bind as
the rootdn (any other identity will be fine) and add as much entries as
you like.
