The pcache/proxycache overlay is named inconsistently: the file name, and the
manpage, use the name "pcache" (pcache.c, slapo-pcache(5)) while the overlay is
instantiated using the name "proxycache".

Should it be unified, say, in "pcache" (to avoid too much filename burden)?
