I found the following difference between draft-behera-ldap-password-policy-07
and draft-behera-ldap-password-policy-08:

- "pwdGraceLoginLimit" is now "pwdGraceAuthNLimit"
- "pwdExpirationWarned" does no longer exist
- Result codes for password update operations have been changed from
  "unwillingToPerform" to "insufficientAccessRights"
