in this traces you will see the first contant of samba
with OpenLDAP, the password age is checked by samba,
a password expired message is sent to the windows client
and the _password_change_happens_:

http://195.55.55.164/tests/OpenLDAP/samba-first.txt
http://195.55.55.164/tests/OpenLDAP/ldap-first.txt

some time later the password is too old and it need
be changed again, but this time the operation fails:

http://195.55.55.164/tests/OpenLDAP/samba-second.txt
http://195.55.55.164/tests/OpenLDAP/ldap-second.txt

I'm using OpenLDAP 2.2.24, samba 3.0.13 and smbk5pwd.c 1.5
