Problem fixed, sorry for bugging you.

It appears that during creation of objects gecos definition in schema
was without EQUALITY and SUBSTR keywords, most probably commented out
because SYNTAX was changed from .26 to .15 (utf) and they collided.

I restored original gecos definition, deleted all gecos from all
objects and readded them, problem fixed.
