Re: (ITS#3461) slaptest fails if db needs creation



I've fixed this in HEAD by enabling the "-u" switch (dryrun) for 
slaptest as well.  This prevents the databases to be started.  I'd 
rather leave the previous behavior as default, so that the test can 
include backend startup (rather than define a further option as 
non-dryrun ;).
