:)  It is documentedn in HEAD, but I guess there's still to do to make it
reasonably clear.  I was working at a test, but it implies way too many
things to hold simultaneously: back-ldap and SASL be compiled and properly
configured and so on...  I'll probably end up writing a FAQ.
