No, I have no idea how/why it happened (as per my data validation emails), 
and I've not seen it since.  However, it happened after I had a server 
running for a period of time.  I'd mark it as suspended for now, I have no 
way to reproduce it, other then to let my servers run using sycnRepl and 
see if something like it happens again.
