schema / individual suffix doesnt work (ITS#3014)
Full_Name: Alexander Finger
Version: openldap-servers-2.1.22-8
OS: Linux / Fedora Core release 1 (Yarrow)
URL: ftp://ftp.openldap.org/incoming/
Submission from: (NULL) (212.87.38.93)
We have an older openldap installation (openldap-servers-2.0.27-2.7.3, RH 7.3),
just working fine. For this installation I have written my own schema.
Inside the slapd.conf I have the following entry:
suffix "cffNetwork=fotofinder.net"
This is the beginning LDIF-dump of the working databse:
dn: cffNetwork=fotofinder.net
description: COM.BOX Fotofinder GmbH / Fotofinder.net
objectClass: cffNetwork
cffNetworkName: fotofinder.net
dn: cffDomain=fotofinder.net, cffNetwork=fotofinder.net
cffDomainName: fotofinder.net
description: COM.BOX Fotofinder GmbH / www.fotofinder.net
objectClass: cffDomain
cffNetworkName: fotofinder.net
[...]
dn: cffOwner=cff, cffNetwork=fotofinder.net
cffScreenName: CFF Testimportkonto
cffEditorPrefs:: YmlsbD0sZG93bmxvYWRlbWFpbD0xLHByb3Rva29sbHR5cD14bHMsdHlwZT1z
aW5nbGU=
objectClass: cffOwner
userPassword:: XXX
cffOwnerName: cff
cffImportTextimage: cff.png
uid: cff
uidNumber: 501
cffPassword: XXX
loginShell: /bin/true
cffEMail: technik@fotofinder.net
cffPlainIcon: yes
cffLang: de
cffOwnerID: 44
gidNumber: 501
cffCatTreeName: cff
homeDirectory: /fotofinder/mandanten/cff
cffShopAccess: 44
cffNetworkName: fotofinder.net
cffOwner: cff
cffShopDisplay: 44,102,0
cffLowResImport: yes
cffShopDefault: 44
As I wrote, this works perfectly.
When I try to start the more recent openldap server, I ve got the following
error message:
Mar 10 17:22:04 tron slapd[6233]: line 85 (database ldbm)

When useful, I will provide the complete schema and configuration files.
