Patch to improve "opeartion deferred" warnings (ITS#2959)

The "deferring operation" warning message is very vague and can occur under
multiple circumstances.
I've prepared a patch to better specify the cause in the warning text and
uploaded into incoming on OpenLDAP FTP.
