Hello,

As reported on the openldap-software list, peername ACL rules no longer work in
OpenLDAP 2.2.x series.

For my example, I have a rule allowing 127.0.0.1 (localhost) access to our posix
account attributes.  This works correctly in 2.1.25, but does not work at all in
2.2.4.
