Win32 OpenLDAP 2.1.22 with Cyrus SASL 2.1.15 Issues (ITS#2731)

I tried to compile OWin32 OpenLDAP 2.1.22  with Cyrus SASL 2.1.15 with MS Visio
Studio 6.0, according to the guide I found at:

http://www.fivesight.com/downloads/openldap.asp

It proceed smoothly until I hit with the following errors:
     external symbol not found:  prop_set, prop_getname, prop_request

I realized that these functions are not exported out in SASL 2.1.15 and I have
to modifiy the prop.h in SASL 2.1.15 to include these.
