In the Administrator's Guide for 2.0
supported matching rule numericStringOrderingMatch is listed

This is wrong, as 2.0.x doesn't support that.
Also integerMatch is missing from this list.
The 2.1 guide is missing integerMatch and integerOrderingMatch.
