Version 2.1.12 was broken.

You have defined a tree with a suffix "o=ku,c=dk".

You have tried to create an entry with a DN "cn=Dansk
SprognA|vn,ou=9016-1,o=ku,c=dk"

You cannot create this node without first creating the node
"ou=9016-1,o=ku,c=dk"

A directory tree cannot have any holes, every child object must have its
parent object. This is like trying to use a filesystem with
	cd /usr/local/bin
when "/usr/local" doesn't exist. This is obviously not possible.
