wrong results with "eq" index (ITS#1977)

Setting an eq index on the rdn attribute (uid) gives strange results in searches
like:
(|(uid=...)(uid=...)(uid=...)(uid=...)(uid=...)(uid=...)(uid=...)(uid=...))
Depending on the base of the search, entrys get lost or they show up several
times.
This works with our 2.0.25 database...
I´m running openldap-2.1.13, db-4.0.14 on linux
