Interesting, considering we use Cyrus SASL on multiple systems, with no 
/usr/local/etc/krb5.conf, and OpenLDAP is the only program we've 
encountered where it has a segmentation fault on the fact that that file 
doesn't exist.  I would argue that slapd is not properly handling the 
kerberos library returning that the file doesn't exist.
