krbName declared twice in schema with kbind yes (ITS#1948)

If you manually enable kbind when compiling openLDAP 2.1.3, the krbName entry in
the schema is compiled into slapd and is present in core.schema.  This causes
slapd to fail at startup, giving the error of a duplicate entry in the schema. 
It is fixed by removing the krbName entry in the generated core.schema file.
