OpenLDAP 2.0 (stable); serious documentation bug (ITS#1932)

The OpenLDAP Administrator's Guide, version 2.0, documents saslRegexp. This is
a great feature (I don't see how SASL can really be useful without it). Sadly,
it appears that the current stable version of 2.0 (2.0.25) doesn't actually
implement saslRegexp (or the later sasl-regexp).

Searching through the various discussion groups I've found that a number of
people have spent time banging their heads over this, so I'd tend to think of
this as a serious bug - albeit a documentation bug.

If another release of 2.0 is planned shortly, I would not bother to fix the
documentation. But otherwise, it might be nice to kill the saslRegexp section
(and anything else that depends on it).
