Inconsistency between ldap_schema(3) and ldap.h (ITS#1602)

I noticed on my Redhat 7.2 system with OpenLDAP 2.0.11 that the man page
for ldap_schema(3) states that you need to include ldap.h.  On my system
you also need to include ldap_schema.h.

I'm not sure which should be changed, ldap.h to include ldap_schema.h,
or the man page to state that you need ldap_schema.h as well as ldap.h.
