PATCH: win2k build failure in ud/edit.c (ITS#1482)

MSVC++ 6 cannot build clients/ud because the symbol _mkstemp is not found at
link time.  This patch fixes that problem.  Perhaps it should always use
tmpfile() instead of mkstemp().
