passwd-search test script uses illegal slapd option, -p (ITS#1461)

The passwd-search script in tests/scripts uses a-p $PORT option when
starting slapd.  -p is not a legal slapd option.  A working change
appears to be to replace -p $PORT with -h $MASTERURI.
