makefile error

Hi,
    I am getting the following error in my makefile:
    ild: Not owner: failure unlinking file Integrate
    ild: (Not owner) failure unlinking file Integrate
    *** Error code 8
    make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `Integrate'

 I am running my C++ programme on Sun ultrasparc60 machine.
The same makefile works perfectly on a HPUX visualize workstation
Please give me some pointers in this regard.
